Toronto, ON (Apr. 1, 2025) – Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company, a leading provider of professional liability insurance for Florida attorneys, is pleased to announce its implementation of ISI Enterprise, a comprehensive core insurance platform developed by Insurance Systems Inc. (ISI). This milestone marks the successful completion of an 18-month digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and policyholder service.

The implementation encompasses a complete core system transformation, delivered through AWS cloud infrastructure with a 99.95% uptime guarantee. The project included comprehensive data migration with multiple conversion dry runs, a seamless Invoice Cloud integration for paperless billing, and advanced reinsurance management for Excess of Loss treaties. Florida Lawyers Mutual becomes the sixth Lawyers Professional Liability carrier within NABRICO (National Association of Bar Related Insurance Companies) to adopt the ISI Enterprise platform.
