Regulators release guidance on fair treatment of insurance customers
The Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR) and the Canadian Insurance Services Regulatory Organizations (CISRO) have released new joint guidance on their expectations for how insurers and intermediaries ensure the fair treatment of customers.
