iA Financial Group gets legislative greenlight to create holding company

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. today announced that Quebec’s National Assembly has adopted private member’s bill 235. This bill was intended to enable the company to change its corporate structure through the creation of a holding company.
