Coveris Announces Completion of Amendment Process
Coveris Holdings S.A. (“Coveris” or “the Company”), a premier global packaging manufacturer, today announced that the amendment process to its existing credit agreement dated November 8, 2013 to allow for the full repayment of the Senior Notes, the USD Term Loan and the ABL Facilities closed successfully with 99.69% of lenders voting in favour of the amendment. The repayment is contemplated to be made with the expected proceeds from the sale of the Company’s Americas business to Transcontinental Inc. upon consummation thereof, which sale is subject to certain conditions precedent.
