Just retroactively signed up for COBRA after incurring a large bill. Where do I send my bill to be reimbursed?
Do I just send it to the same carrier I had before my separation of employment? If so, who exactly do I address it to? I assume I can’t just send it to my insurance company’s HQ with no information. Thanks.
