No fault questions…
So I recently backed into a car and caused non-trivial damage. I live in a non-fault state and carry pretty much loaded out coverage. The other party does not have anything besides comprehensive. How should we proceed here? If they don’t have coverage, but it’s no fault (even though I am at fault), what happens to them?
Thanks,
