Hub International acquires certain MGA assets of ivari
Hub’s latest acquisition is the life insurance product Managing General Agent business of Ontario-based ivari
Chicago, IL (July 2, 2020) – Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, is pleased to today that it has acquired the life insurance product managing general agent business of ivari. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The brokers and business done through ivari’s company offices will join Hub Financial Inc., a subsidiary of Hub (Hub Financial).
