Hub International Acquires The Assets Of W.R. Carey Corporation
Manitoba-based independent employee benefits consulting firm Hub’s latest acquisition
Chicago, IL (Nov. 8, 2019) – Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of W.R. Carey Corporation (Carey Corp). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Carey Corp is an independent employee benefits consulting firm providing a broad array of benefits programs, including benefits plan consulting and group retirement services. Bill Carey, an actuary, along with all the employees of Carey Corp will join Hub International Manitoba Limited (Hub Manitoba).
