FPSC proposes to introduce Duty of Loyalty in Code of Ethics

The Financial Planning Standards Council has proposed amendments to its Standards of Professional Responsibility. Included among these proposals is the introduction of a “Duty of Loyalty” in the Code of Ethics to replace the existing “Client First” principle.
