PEAK Financial Group fined $220,000

Quebec regulator, the AMF, announced today that it has fined PEAK Financial Group a total of $220,000 for inadequacies related to some of its internal controls and supervision systems. PEAK has announced that it has implemented an action plan to address these issues.
