Following the fiduciary portion of the meeting, United Way will launch their exciting vision for the future which includes a new digital transformation focused on providing highly personalized experiences and a new Social Impact Lab.<\/p>\n
Dubbed Our Way Forward<\/i>, United Way\u2019s 2018-2022 Strategic Plan proactively responds to a rapidly changing landscape that has significantly disrupted both the social services and not-for-profit sectors. It sets the organization\u2019s trajectory to expand reach, inspire relationships, and deepen community impact in new and innovative ways.<\/p>\n
Following a year-long research and engagement process that guided the development of Our Way Forward<\/i>, United Way revamped its mission, vision, and value proposition to tell a powerful story of who they are, what they do, and why they do it.<\/p>\n
United Way of Calgary and Area<\/b> drives social change in three focus areas: poverty, kids and communities. Since 1940, United Way has supported agencies that assist vulnerable Calgarians.
