It offers commercial and personal insurance.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bzn bzn-sized bzn-intext\">\n<ins data-revive-zoneid=\"79\" data-revive-topics=\"mergers\" data-revive-companies data-revive-block=\"1\" data-revive-id=\"36eb7c2bd3daa932a43cc2a8ffbed3a9\"><\/ins> <\/div>\n<p>Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Giordano, Halleran &amp; Ciesla provided legal counsel to World on the transaction. Castano Quigley Cherami provided legal counsel to Pellechio.<\/p>\n<p>World Insurance, based in Iselin, New Jersey, is ranked #14 on Insurance Journal\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/top-100-insurance-agencies\/\">Top 100<\/a> Independent Property\/Casualty Insurance Agencies list.
