The transaction went into effect on March 31, 2026; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1986 as an independent life and health agency in Milwaukee\u2019s North Shore, Mid-State Insurance expanded its services to become a full-service, multi-line agency by 1989.
