In this role, Juergens will be responsible for all aspects of the company\u2019s financial management, driving change and financial mindset across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>He will be a key contributor to the Novatae Executive Leadership team and World\u2019s Corporate Financial Leadership team.<\/p>\n<p>Juergens has more than 15 years of leadership experience in insurance, professional services and complex project-based businesses.
