The order, signed last month by Hennepin County Judge Susan Burke, said MyPillow had agreed in October to pay DHL $550,000 but failed to do so and did not send anyone to a hearing last month on DHL\u2019s effort to collect.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bzn bzn-sized bzn-intext\">\n<ins data-revive-zoneid=\"79\" data-revive-topics=\"legislation\" data-revive-companies data-revive-block=\"1\" data-revive-id=\"36eb7c2bd3daa932a43cc2a8ffbed3a9\"><\/ins> <\/div>\n<p>DHL\u2019s lawsuit, filed in September, is <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/mike-lindell-mypillow-no-money-election-lawsuits-047932c7207734c080b07dca8d8868a5\">one of a series<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/mike-lindell-mypillow-eviction-election-denier-11cd7e09f86f1ab03527281e51922730\">legal and financial disputes<\/a> involving Chaska, Minnesota-based MyPillow and Lindell, a prominent <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/election-2024-trump-minnesota-4f7ebfe7a2e1949d38a7c9894616a985\">supporter of President-elect Donald Trump<\/a> who has helped <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/tina-peters-election-computer-breach-8a171657321dd595dfd2dd81e0a0a848\">amplify Trump\u2019s false claims<\/a> that the <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/jan-6-trump-capitol-riot-debate-harris-trump-election-walz-vance-144e136901013ddc9c8fab6a1d2bdf07\">2020 election was stolen<\/a> from him.<\/p>\n<p>Lindell said after the lawsuit was filed that MyPillow stopped using DHL over a year earlier in a dispute over shipments that he said were DHL\u2019s fault.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cMyPillow Guy\u201d is also being sued for defamation by two voting machine companies, Dominion Voting Systems in Washington, D.C., and Smartmatic in Minnesota.<\/p>\n<div class=\"copyright-notice lite\">Copyright 2025 Associated Press.
