O\u2019Connell will be based in New York.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, O\u2019Connell served as CEO of Bermuda-based Cyber Re Limited and Platform Labs, specializing in cyber underwriting, data science and analytics. In conjunction with O\u2019Connell\u2019s appointment at Aon, Platform Labs has agreed to transfer ownership of its advanced intellectual property portfolio, encompassing multiple cyber-related data science technologies and provisional patent applications registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Leadership Changes at Lancashire Insurance US<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_803518\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-803518\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-803518\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/12\/James-Flude-150x150.jpg\" alt width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-803518\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">James Flude<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Lancashire Holdings Limited<\/strong>, headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda, made several changes in its Lancashire Insurance U.S. leadership to take effect during the second quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The company appointed <strong>James Flude<\/strong> as CEO of Lancashire Insurance U.S. Flude, who will relocate to the U.S., is currently group chief underwriting officer, insurance and joined Lancashire in January 2014.
