He was reelected for a third term on Nov. 5.<\/p>\n<p>The November 19 members elected Scott A. White, Virginia\u2019s commissioner, as president-elect; Elizabeth (Beth) Kelleher Dwyer, Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation director, as vice president; and Utah Commissioner Jon Pike as Secretary-Treasurer.<\/p>\n<p>White has been insurance commissioner of Virginia since 2018. Dwyer was appointed superintendent of insurance to start 2016 and was named director of the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation in May 2023. Pike was named Commissioner in Utah at the beginning of 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 text-xl font-normal leading-relaxed hover-bg-size\">\n<p>Each officer will assume their duties on Jan. 1.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bzn bzn-sized bzn-intext\">\n<ins data-revive-zoneid=\"79\" data-revive-block=\"1\" data-revive-id=\"36eb7c2bd3daa932a43cc2a8ffbed3a9\"><\/ins> <\/div>\n<p>2025 zone officers were also elected during the fall meeting:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Northeast Zone<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"bzn bzn-sized bzn-intext-2\">\n<ins data-revive-zoneid=\"162\" data-revive-block=\"1\" data-revive-id=\"36eb7c2bd3daa932a43cc2a8ffbed3a9\"><\/ins> <\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Chair: Commissioner Michael Humphreys (Pennsylvania)<\/li>\n<li>Vice Chair: Commissioner Justin Zimmerman (New Jersey)<\/li>\n<li>Secretary-Treasurer: Commissioner David J. (D.J.) Bettencourt (New Hampshire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Southeast Zone<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chair: Commissioner Sharon P.
