As co-global placement leaders for the region, Aronson and Rouse drive all elements of Marsh\u2019s global placement strategy in the U.S. and Canada. They will continue to be based in New York and serve in their respective casualty and property leadership roles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chubb Expands Merna\u2019s Role to Include Multinational Clients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-799325\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Matthew_Merna_new_imagebkgd_hires-1-150x150.jpg\" alt width=\"150\" height=\"150\">Chubb Limited <\/strong>said it expanded the role of <strong>Matt Merna<\/strong> to include delivering risk management solutions to major multinational clients located overseas. Merna, who currently oversees Chubb\u2019s retail commercial property and casualty insurance businesses for large accounts in the U.S. and Canada, now assists Chubb\u2019s overseas teams in the design, structure and implementation of large, complex risk management solutions for multinational corporations.<\/p>\n<p>With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Merna joined Chubb in 2000 and held various senior leadership positions, including president of financial solutions and division president of risk management.
