Garrison joined Navigators in 2021 as the head of wholesale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Carl Bach<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, head of international and CEO of Hartford Underwriting Agency Limited, the Lloyd\u2019s of London managing agency for Syndicate 1221, will report to Garrison.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_798842\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-798842\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-798842 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Rick_Ciullo_photo-e1730141222847-150x150.jpg\" alt width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Rick_Ciullo_photo-e1730141222847-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Rick_Ciullo_photo-e1730141222847-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Rick_Ciullo_photo-e1730141222847.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-798842\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rick Ciullo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Hartford<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> also named <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Rick Ciullo<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> head of Global Specialty\u2019s U.S. retail businesses, broadening his role overseeing bond and credit &amp; political risk to include environmental, financial lines, ocean marine, livestock and related retail-focused distribution. Ciullo has led The Hartford\u2019s Bond business since 2016. The leadership team of the businesses reporting to Ciullo remains unchanged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The changes are effective Nov. 1.
