Kasper has joined as chief financial officer.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_793539\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-793539\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Martin-Simoncic_Zywave-Headshot.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-793539 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Martin-Simoncic_Zywave-Headshot-150x150.jpg\" alt width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-793539\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Martin Simoncic<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Simoncic most recently served as president of PROS Holdings, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions company using artificial intelligence. Here he also held roles as chief customer officer and vice president of production management. Previously, Simoncic was vice president of customer success and professional services at Zywave competitor Vertafore.<\/p>\n<p>Simoncic succeeds Jason Lui, who left in April and took the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.woodmac.com\/press-releases\/2024-press-releases\/jason-liu-appointed-chief-executive-officer-of-wood-mackenzie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CEO role at London-based Wood Mackenzie<\/a>, a provider of data and analytics for renewable energy industry.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_793540\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-793540\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Chris-Kasper_Zywave-Headshot-002.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-793540 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Chris-Kasper_Zywave-Headshot-002-150x150.jpg\" alt width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-793540\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Christian G. Kasper<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Milwaukee-based Zywave said Kasper has been CFO for six companies, including three cloud-based software companies. He was most recently CFO of EnterpriseDB Corporation, a software platform for managing database analytical and AI workloads.
