Reilly, according to the firm\u2019s announcement, will remain on the company\u2019s board as executive chair, while Shoukry will retain his current responsibilities until he transitions to the CEO role.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the news, Reilly called Shoukry an \u201cexceptional leader\u201d and a \u201cmajor contributor to Raymond James\u2019 steady growth and financial stability.\u201d He added that Shoukry\u2019s experience as the firm\u2019s CFO, as well as his experience overseeing the key banking segment, position him well to maintain Raymond James\u2019 commitment to keeping the financial advisor at the center of the business plans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn addition to Paul, we have an outstanding leadership team who similarly embrace our vision for the future and are well-equipped to meet the demands of a dynamic marketplace,\u201d Reilly said.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the firm\u2019s succession plans, Raymond James also announced other key leadership changes and appointments.
