In her new role, she will drive RT Specialty\u2019s commitment to automation, process improvement and operational excellence. Additionally, she is absorbing the business training teams and RT Connector (RT\u2019s proprietary digital E&amp;S marketplace) support teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Williams to Lead Nationwide\u2019s Small Market Commercial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-765135\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insurancejournal.com\/app\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Williams-Nationwide-150x150.png\" alt width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nationwide<\/strong>, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, has appointed <strong>George Williams<\/strong> to lead its small market commercial lines business. Williams previously served as the company\u2019s chief operating officer for commercial lines, excess &amp; surplus and specialty, bringing more than two decades of industry experience to the role.<\/p>\n<p>Williams joined Nationwide in December 2021 after serving as head of global client support services for Guy Carpenter.
