The company said it then undertook a review of the contents of the affected email account to determine what information was present in the relevant account and to whom the information relates.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bzn bzn-sized bzn-intext\">\n<ins data-revive-zoneid=\"79\" data-revive-topics=\"cyber,data-driven\" data-revive-companies data-revive-block=\"1\" data-revive-id=\"36eb7c2bd3daa932a43cc2a8ffbed3a9\"><\/ins> <\/div>\n<p>Conrade said that an unauthorized party may have had access to customers\u2019 name, Social Security number, driver\u2019s license or state\/federal identification number, and financial account number. The information is not the same for each potentially affected individual, Conrade said.<\/p>\n<p>The agency said it is notifying potentially affected individuals as information becomes available and providing them with information and resources to help protect their information.
