But Kyiv wants to reopen Boryspil International Airport just outside the capital as soon as possible once conditions permit, which it sees as a victory for Ukraine\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bzn bzn-sized bzn-intext\">\n<ins data-revive-zoneid=\"79\" data-revive-block=\"1\" data-revive-id=\"36eb7c2bd3daa932a43cc2a8ffbed3a9\"><\/ins> <\/div>\n<p>A statement on the defense council\u2019s website said it had held talks about \u201cfurther steps of cooperation on military risk insurance in air transportation and business travel to Ukraine, as well as large-scale investment insurance in the reconstruction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It did not provide additional details.
