Website issues account for more than 60% of the reports and mobile brokerage nearly 30%, Downdetector indicated.<\/p>\n<p>On X, formerly Twitter, Fidelity acknowledged the issues in response to customer complaints and questions, including a post from a user asking when he would be able to transfer money to his Fidelity account.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are aware that customers are experiencing issues with our website, Active\u202fTrader Pro (ATP), and our mobile\u202fapps. We are working urgently on\u202fresolving\u202fthe issues. We apologize for\u202fthe\u202finconvenience and appreciate your being\u202fa\u202fcustomer,\u201d the company <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Fidelity\/status\/1730668948218408988?s=20\">posted<\/a> around 2:20 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>One user <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TraderStevee\/status\/1730648280931955086?s=20\">posted<\/a>, \u201cNow I can\u2019t close my position becuase the price moved away.
