One minor oral injury has been reported, and there\u2019s concern that some product may be in consumers\u2019 freezers, according to the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase,\u201d FSIS said.<\/p>\n<p>Tyson fell 1.1% as of 9:30 a.m. in New York.<\/p>\n<p><em>Photograph: Tyson Foods frozen chicken nuggets.
