Winnipeg, MB (Aug. 1, 2023) \u2013 The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company (Wawanesa Mutual) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Wawanesa General Insurance Company (Wawanesa General), its U.S. subsidiary, to the Automobile Club of Southern California\u2019s affiliated insurer, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n
