Gallagher &amp; Co. is acquiring integrated talent management firm Optimum Talent Inc.<\/p>\n<p>With this acquisition,&nbsp;the Quebec-based company will gain access to Gallagher\u2019s resources, enabling it to further enhance its plan sponsor offerings, noted a press release.
