Despite these findings, only 21 per cent said they\u2019ve sought professional care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefitscanada.com\/news\/canadians-cite-91-satisfaction-rate-with-virtual-health-care-survey-146821\">Canadians cite 91% satisfaction rate with virtual health care<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe need for Canadians to connect virtually with health-care professionals has never been more important,\u201d said&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-person\">Chris Denys<\/span>, senior vice-president of possibilities at Lumino Health, in a press release. \u201cAs physical distancing continues, it\u2019s our goal to bring Canadians the tools and resources they need to manage their health from home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Although many Canadians are&nbsp;unsure where to access virtual care, awareness is high, at 72 per cent.
