He has also worked at RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled to have Nick on the team,\u201d said Jean Michel, the IMCO\u2019s chief investment officer, in a press release. \u201cThe chief strategist is a key role in our success and Nick\u2019s leadership will anchor sound investment decisions and offer impactful oversight for IMCO\u2019s total portfolio.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefitscanada.com\/news\/imco-appoints-senior-managing-director-of-private-markets-121822\">IMCO appoints senior managing director of private markets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In other news, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is appointing Harald Kr\u00fcger as senior advisor for Europe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the new role,&nbsp;Kr\u00fcger will focus on identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities and partners that complement the CPP\u2019s long-term investment strategy across all asset classes, with a particular focus on the DACH region, which comprises Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
