Just seven per cent of employers said they\u2019re planning to&nbsp;provide&nbsp;a charitable donation or activity to employees.<\/p>\n<div class=\"col-sm-10 col-sm-offset-1\">\n<p><strong>Read:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefitscanada.com\/news\/employees-to-put-holiday-bonuses-towards-financial-well-being-survey-139812?preview=true\">Employees to put holiday bonuses towards financial well-being: survey<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For employees, nearly a quarter (23 per cent) said they\u2019d&nbsp;like to receive more time off and 22 per cent said they\u2019d like their employer to host a holiday party.
