Labour Relations Board in August. The union alleged Dearborn Ford\u2019s managers interfered with union members during bargaining to discuss the company\u2019s proposed concessions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very proud of what we accomplished and overcame during this round of bargaining.
