He also previously worked as Leader of the North American Asset Management Practice for <strong>McKinsey &amp; Company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At CI, he is replacing <strong>Peter Anderson<\/strong>, who announced in April 2019 that he would retire as CEO no later than mid-2020.
