HB Global also claims to be based in Dublin, Ireland.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FCNB underlines that these companies are not registered to trade in or advise on securities or derivatives in New Brunswick.<\/p>\n<p>HB Global has also had an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcsc.bc.ca\/Enforcement\/Investment_Caution_List\/HB_Global\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Investor Alert placed in British Columbia<\/a>&nbsp;for selling investments without being registered.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who has been approached or targeted to invest through either of these companies is asked to contact FCNB toll-free at 1-866-933-2222, or through its website at <a href=\"http:\/\/fcnb.ca\/fcnb-contact.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fcnb.ca\/contact<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/insurance-journal.ca\/article\/unregistered-firms-soliciting-investors-in-new-brunswick\/\">Read the original article at insurance-journal.ca <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Financial and Consumer Services Commission (FCNB) issued a warning to New Brunswickers on July 11 regarding solicitation from two unregistered firms.
